“Jeff” is a picture book about the importance of rest. Seen through the metamorphosis of a butterfly, it is a story about trusting the process and enjoying the breaks on the way.
In the beginning of the story Jeff is the last little egg on the leaf, looking up at all the grown up butterflies in the sky. He can’t wait for it to be his turn. He is horrified when he wakes up and realises he has turned into a caterpillar instead of a butterfly.
